children be screened by a parent, guardian, or teacher. This form of
content monitoring has proven to be the most effective way to ensure that
children are protected from the elements of the Internet that would seek
to harm or exploit them. Kids' Space is committed to the protection
and safety of our younger Net-citizens, and accordingly asks that
all submitted email addresses be those of an adult caretaker.
