A new federal law, COPPR (Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule), took effect from 4/21/2000. Under this law, commercial sites are not able to collect personal information such as Email addresses from children without parents or guardian's consent.

Although we are not a commercial site and the law excludes not-for-profit organizations, we respect the COPPR's outline and decided not to show children's own Email addresses. Kids' Space will be continuously monitor all submissions and remove personal information such as postal addresses, physical descriptions, or other matters that may possibly catch unwanted attention.
We ask you to type family or teachers Email address in all submission forms.
