Copying text from a browser screen
METHOD I - To copy part of a file:
- Open the file you wish to copy in your word processing program. Place
the mouse pointer on the first word of what you wish to copy and press and
hold the mouse button. (left button for PC/Windows users, anywhere on the
button for Mac users)
- While still pressing the mouse button, move the pointer to the last word
you wish to copy. (=drag)
- Release the mouse button. The entire text you wish to copy should be
highlighted or colored.

Copying text from a browser screen
If you want to copy information from the Gallery (Blue Bean),
or the Storybook (Pink Bean), follow the same procedure but start by copying the browser screen and pasting it to the form.
For example, if you want to copy the reference number of a picture at the Animal Gallery in order to send
the Blue Bean form, start by dragging the mouse over the number.
These forms have links that will bring two windows (for example, the Blue Bean form and the Storybook Chapter II)
for you to easily copy information to the form.
