From November 2006, we have lowered the age from 16 to 13 to meet COPPA's regulation and balance with KSC participants, also.
The exceptions are class projects. We accept class project done in kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools. Students aged 14 to 16 should talk with their teacher and may submit works through the class project pages:
