There is a street in my neighbourhood that's called Cockburn (pronounced as it's spelled) that is said to be haunted. About 30 years ago on Halloween a woman carrying her baby was hit by a car that came speeding around a corner. Her baby went flying through the air and landed on the grass across the street. The mother didn't survive. About a week later the car went flying off the bridge. From then on every Halloween night people have reported seeing a ghost car hit a woman carrying a baby late on Halloween night
