Once long long ago. There was a king whose name was Lir. He live with his four children named Aodh,Fiachra,Con and Fionnuala. They were very sad because they're mother had died,so Lir decided to marry again. However his new wife Aoife was evil and extreamly jealous of the children who Lir loved more than her. She hatched a plan. When the children were swimming in the lake she pulled out her magic wand and turned them into swans. She smiled and said you will spend 300 years on this lake,300 years on the Molye sea and 300 on the Island of Glora only when a church bell rings shall you be freed.Of course Lir soon found out about Aoife and banished her but he could do nothing for his children.900 years passed Lir died and one day they heard a church bell ring the old priest spinkled holy water on them and they died wrinkled old men and women.
