Once in the time of kings,in edinburgh had 12 daughters.It was always found that the princess were dancing in the night.But they did not know where did they dance and with whom?So the king once announced that if anyone would find about the princesses dancing at the night staying in thier room.If they would fail to do it thier haeds would be chopped off,and if they find it then theywould be the next king and marry any one of the princesses.Many people tried thier luck but it lead them to misfortune.A soldier was passing by the place in search of work.An old lady told the soldier about the announcement and she told him that he should not drink the wine given by the princesses and also she gave him clothes that would make him invisible.
He was let to do that, he did not drink the wine and at night he pretended to sleep and as soon as the princesses saw him slept they changed thier clothes and opened the floor there were stairs.The soldier wore the invisible clothes and followe the youngest princess.down came a beautiful dream land the trees were of silver gold and diamond.He broke branches of them and the princesses thought that it was the sound of the princes wainting for them.They went to a lake and there were 12 boats with a prince in each,they went across the lake and the soldier in the youngest princess's boat.They went to room and started dancing and they all returned at nearly 2am.In the morning the soldier iformed the king about it and the princesses too agreed that.he married the eldest princess and was the king.
