nce upon a time, a poor boy came into a little village. He was very hungry and sufferd, he knocked door by door asked for some meal but, nobody gave him.
Finally he met a generous old woman who gave him shelter and meal. He thanks and waned the old woman before he leave,
"Please remember, if there is a flood water you must safe your self by this 'lesung' ( tool for process harvest become rice made by wood)."
Then he went.
At the middle of village, the boy stuck a stick in the ground. Then he challenge everybody to pulled out that stick. Everybody have tried, but all of them failed.
The boy pulled out the stick very easily. And suddenly, from the hole of sticks the water spouts out. Over and over and flooded that village. And no one safe except the generous old woman who gave him shelter and meal. She safe her self by 'lesung'.
The little village become a huge lake. And known as RAWA PENING lake in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia.
