"The Crow and the Black Snake"

Once there lived a crow and a black snake .The black snake was so mean and was eating the crowís eggs. So the crow could never have a beautiful baby.


One day the crow saw his friend fox. The crow needed help. It was looking so sad. So, the fox asked,î whatís the matter?î The crow said ìthe black snake is eating my eggsî. The fox promised to save the eggs from the black snake.

The fox gave an idea. He told the crow to take away the queenís necklace when she takes bath in the river. The crow did as the fox said. But the queen shouted and called for the soldiers. Then the soldiers were all chasing the crow. but the crow dropped the necklace inside the ant hill where the black snake lives.

The soldiers stopped near the anthill. They wanted to take the necklace. Otherwise the king would be angry with them. So they tried to take the necklace from the ant hill. The black snake came out. They killed the black snake and took the necklace and gave it to the queen.

The crow never had any problem after wards. The crow thanked his helpful friend fox. They all lived happily ever after.
