- あるところにとてもまずしいのうふがいました。
- ようせいはかわいそうに思い、のうふの家族に３つのお願いごとをかなえてあげることにしました。
- ある冬の雨の日、のうふとそのつまはたき火のそばにすわっていました。
- のうふはつい、「１本のソーセージがあったら....。」と口をすべらしました。
- するとすぐに１本のソーセージがあらわれました。
- だいじな願いごとをムダにしてしまったことに、つまはひどくおこったあまりに言いました。
- 「その１本はおまえさんの鼻にくっつくのさ。」
- するとソーセージはふわりと飛んで、のうふの鼻からはなれなくなりました。
- 二人は大きな声で泣きはじめました。
- そして急いでその鼻からソーセージがはなれるようにお願いをしました。
- これで３つの願いごとはおしまいになってしまいました。

The couple starts to cry loudly. They are hurry to wish the piece go out of the husband' nose. The three wishes are over.
