Hello, my name is Lucy Fawn. I would like to tell you a story. I was born into a very wealthy family. I always had everything I wanted, until I turned twelve. When I was twelve I longed to be alone, for as little as one week. But, it was simply out of the question, and I knew it. I couldn't be alone because I always had to be at meetings and everywhere I went I was swomped with reporters. My parents were the richest people in the world. One of the reasons we were so famous was because my great great grandfather was one of the people who helped build the Statue of Liberty. I always wear shirts with the statue on them. ThatŐs where I got my nickname from, ŇMiss LibertyÓ. I like this name, donŐt get me wrong, but sometimes, most of the time, I like to be called Lucy. My parents noticed I didnŐt like being so famous, so on my thirteenth birthday, they gave me a decision. I could stay and be famous, or I could move to my grandparents farm, in Virginia. I decided to move to Virg!
inia. I didnŐt want to say goodbye to my parents, but I didnŐt want to be famous. It was a sad day when I said goodbye, but I was glad to be going. I have lived on my grandparents farm for two years. Here is a picture of me. I hope you get this letter. Please, write me back.Lucy
