"The dolphin and the Sun"

Once upon a time there lived a dolphin and of course the sun. They teased each other, well, at least the sun did. One day the sun shone so bright that the water the dolphin was in was boiling! The dolphin pleaded to the sun asking him to stop shining so bright or she was going to die! The dolphin said if the sun had mercy on her she might be able to help the sun some day. The sun chuckled and said a dolphin would never need to help the sun, but the sun had mercy and let the moon take the night shift. The dolphin thought to herself and thought the only way she would be able to help the sun some day was if he ever were to burn too much and would have the risk of blowing up. The next day she heard someone yelling, ÒIÕm burning too much, help me! IÕm going to blow up!Ó The dolphin knew it was the sun. She thought fast and remembered that water puts out fire. She got her tail and fins ready and counted 1,2,3! With all her might she splashed hard and put out some of th! e sunÕs fire out. The dolphin saved the sun, and the planets. Then the sun and the dolphin were friends.
