She was a quiet girl who was determined to hide her face from the public. She hated her looks and always compared herself to gorgeous models in magazines and on TV. And while Diana knew she looked much better than the people she worked with, she always told herself she was never as good as models.
"Go outside, please." Roxanne begged, who was Diana's best friend. Diana quit going outside because she was too afraid people would stop and laugh at her looks. It was a silly idea and Roxanne was going to prove it wrong.
Finally Diana agreed to go outside. She put on her best clothes, wore the best makeup, and walked out the door and into the world around her. The sun gleamed down on her and her beauty was finally shown. People stopped and little kids stared, for she looked like an angel.
Soon after, she was contacted by a modeling agency and soon became what she envied - beautiful.
