"星のネックレス"

ある夜、星を見上げていると、ふしぎな星の一団が見えました。長い間、見つめていると、それはネックレスのように見えてきました。あんまり美しいので、わたしは思わず手をのばして、ネックレスをつかもうとしました。そう、わたしは手をのばしました。するすると手がのびて、なぜかわたしはこの手にネックスレスをつかむことができたのです。わたしは少しこわくなりましたが、ネックレスはちゃんと手の中にあります。持ち上げてみると、空にあったより、ずっと美しく見えました。ダイヤモンド、ルビー、エメラルド、ゴールド。。。。わたしはネックレスをつけると、お部屋の中へ入りました。

そこではパーティの真っ最中でした。ネックレスをつけたわたしのことを、みんなが見つめています。何人かの男の子がダンスにさそいました。わたしはまた外にもどりました。するとネックレスは、キラキラ光りながら、空へ帰っていきました。わたしは「さようなら。空のネックレス。とてもきれいだったわ」と、夜空にむかって、ささやきました。

I looked up in the stars one night, and saw a very unusual group of stars. I looked at it for a long time, and then I noticed that it looked like a necklace. I almost wanted to reach out and grab it, and put it on me it was so beautiful. So I did, I reached my hand out to the area where it was and grabbed it. I was scared at first, because it did, it was in my hand! I held it up, it was more beautiful then all of the diamonds, rubies, emeralds, and gold put together. I put it on, then I walked inside.

I was at a ball. Since I had put it on, everyone was looking at me. Since It was such a great attraction, I had several guys ask to dance with me. I went back outside, and it disapeared in a wave of sparkles, and landed back in the sky. "Goodbye my beautiful Necklace of the Stars" I whispered into the night.
