"Rose and Tulip"
Story by Amy , for Maggie USA

Once upon a time there was a girl named Rose. She loved to play. She had a horse named Tulip. One day, Rose went to the stable. She opened the door. Rose saw Tulip resting. Rose said to Tulip, "Stand." Tulip did not stand. Then Rose tried picking her up. But Tulip was stuck. Tulip was dead! Rose kneeled down and stroked her long, silky fur. Soon, Rose was sad. She put her head down on Tulip's mane. And she cried.

When Mother came came home, she looked in the stable. There was a crowd of many horses. Like Rymana, and Kylian, and Charlesting, Rosalip, Meow-Meow and even bad horses like Israelu, Lou-Ure, Kimalew and Nanetta. Many good horses were being surrounded by Rose and dead Tulip. Some bad horses were butting a good horse's way to see. Oliana, a good horse, hit the bad horses with her left back hoove. That is is good because good horses are better. Tulip turned into a skeleton and Rose stooped crying and carried the fur out of the stable. Then the good horses walked to the right bottom corner and the bad horses jumped out of the stable and ran away to their home.
