"Hamster Attack" by Andrew

One day in Tokyo, Japan, a loud chewing noise was heard. THOMP, THOMP, THOMP. The chewing stopped, but it sounded like somebody was stomping on a microphone. A strange figure appeared walking up the street!

"It's ham-a-ster!" Professor Harold Porter cried out.

The monster was eating buildings in five seconds flat! The creature spotted a Coca-Cola building with a huge Coca-Cola bottle on top! The monster ripped it off and tried to drink it. The giant furball found out it was fake, so he threw it on the ground. In the laboratory, Professor Harold Porter was working on the Shrink-O-Ray machine to shrink the hamster.

CRASH, BOOM, WHAMMO, the terrifying sound was heard through the ears of all the people of Tokyo. The hamster was destroying everything in sight!
The sergeant of the Hing Cha Army told his men to fire anything they had. Most of the men were carrying rifles and submachine guns. One of them was carrying a rubber ducky. The men sprinted toward the hamster and fired at the monstrous creature, but the hamster either dodged or ate the bullets! It LOVED the rubber ducky!

Back in the laboratory, Professor Harold Porter almost finished the Shrink-O-Ray. All he needed was a single hair from the hamster. So he got in his car and burned some rubber, heading toward the giant hamster. He sped past the hamster and barely managed to pull a hair off the furry rodent! Now the Shrink-O-Ray was done!

Professor Porter aimed at the hamster and pulled the trigger! RINK, RINK, RINK the rays went. Smaller, smaller, and smaller the hamster became until it was the size of a mouse. A boy ran up to it and kept it as a pet.
That is how I, Professor Harold Porter, saved the day.
