Once upon a time there was a polar bear and his name was groovy. Groovy loved singing opera.

One day a little boy heard him singing an aria from "The Magic Flute." The little boy said

"What's that terrible noise?" and came running to see what it was. He saw the polar bear and asked

"what are you doing?"

"Singing!" said the bear.

"Oh," said the boy, "I didn't know that I could talk to bears. Let's be friends!"

And they lived happily ever after.
