"Ruby.  Get off the phone.  Now."

"Awww, come on Ma.  You know buffalo gals is important to me.  Please Ma?"

Ruby is a girl that likes to read, draw, write, and most of all, ride horses at Buffalo Gals Ranch.

"Okay, you win, 'hon.  Just be of the phone within five minutes."

"Yesssss."

Ruby is talking to her friend Emma, the daughter of the owners of Buffalo Gals Ranch.  For serious riders, B. G. R. was THE place to ride.  Ruby had her own horse, Emerald, that boarded at the B. G. R.
