"A Day I Won't Forget"

This is a true story. One day I was visiting my Grandma in Nova Scotia. I went outside to play by the beach. Then I saw a girl with blonde hair, about my age.

She walked up and said "What's your name? My name is May".

" I'm Hannah" I said. "

Want to come in my boat with me?" She asked.

"Sure," I said.

We caught three big yummy fish in her boat. We got stuck on in island. And we were really scared .It was six o'clock and we were starving.

Then May said "We can make a fire and cook our fish. So we finally made a nice warm fire and cooked some fish. We slept under a big oak tree and woke up at 7:00 in the morning. We made a raft out of things we found, logs, and pieces of May's broken row boat. We got home at 4:00.

Everyone was glad to see us. This is a picture of what the Island looked like.
