The mouse was in his quiet little cave. There was a cat trying to eat him. The mouse wanted to scram, this made the cate angry.

The mouse was thinking of a clever plan to scare the cat. He was going to take a mouse trap and put it near the cats foot. The cat stepped on to the mouse trap and the cat was caught by the trap. This made the mouse rest.

The cat got a bad disease from the trap and had to stay in bed. The mouse felt bad and told the cat he was sorry. Then they were friends forever.
