"A Rainy Day"

One day it started to rain and Blythe had to go inside. A bird came to her window and said,

"Can I come in? I am very cold and wet."

Blythe let the bird come in and made a nest for it out of blankets. She put a towel around the bird and it got dry.

They played a game called sing this note after me. When they looked out the window to see if the rain had stopped, they saw a rainbow.

They became friends. Blythe let the bird go. The bird said,

"I will be back tomorrow if it rains."
