"John Bug Catches the Pike"

Once upon a time there was a happy insect called John Bug.
John Bug was in love with a beatiful princess called Alice Wisher.He wanted
to marry her.
One day John went to the palace to ask if he could marry the princess. The
king said
"only if you get rid of the pike that eats my subjects"
The pike lived at the bottom of the lake. It lurked in the water weed and at
night it looked out to see if the ants were near the lake.If they were close
enough it would catch them and take them home for its family to eat.
John Bug decided to go fishing in the middle of the day when the pike was
sleeping. The pike smelt John's worm and grabbed hold of it. John jerked the
rod and when the pike came out of the water it died.
He brought it to the king who said John could marry his daughter.
John and Alice got marryed and lived happily ever after.
