"The Horseless Girl"

There once was a little girl named Samantha. She had two dogs and 5 goldfish, but no horse. She always dreamed of having a horse. So each time she got a chance to see her mom or her dad, she would always say, "Mom, Dad, can you get me a horse for Christmas?" They always said no.

One day, Samantha and her friends started to talk about horses. They started to play horses. So, Samantha sorta told the story. She said she used to have a horse, but she never actually did. They said she was lucky, but she was embarassed because she wasn't telling the truth.

But one day, her Aunt and Uncle came over with a huge large white and brown horse, like the horse she dreamed of. She hugged them and kissed them. She never said such a thing again.
