"little Eddie"
Story by Anna , for Yuki

Little Eddie was a playful little pup. He was no bigger then a child's hand. Eddie would say "Yuppy yup yup" when he was very thirsty.

He lived with a bunch of junkyard dogs. He pounced on mice for food. "I want an owner." said Eddie. "You will not be happy with an owner", said his uncle. "You will have leashes and a collar and there will be a cat. Cats scratch you and frighten you. You are not a dog that someone would want anyway"

Eddie was sad. He would give his Mom away for an owner. "Owners give me good food. They pat you and take you to dog shows and you win a prize." Eddie said.

That evening, Eddie and seven other junkyard dogs went for a walk. Eddie's Uncle barked: "Dog-catchers! Run!"

Eddie was caught beneath a net. Than he was taken to a building and put in a cage. He had ended up in a pet-shop.

"Can I buy that dog?" a lady asked. "Yes" answered a man. ""His name is Eddie". The lady bought Eddie and brought him to her home. "Look at Eddie", the lady called. "Little Eddie in my hand."
