Once there was a man named Chester Myers who lived
all alone.
One day he decided he needed some company. So he went to a pet store and bought a
cat. It was a very nice cat. He was a brown cat with blue eyes.
When night time came, Chester put the cat outside.
He was about to fall asleep when he heard something. Singing. He got out of bed and looked out of the window. He saw his cat dancing and singing on the fence.
He couldn't understand what he was singing, but he knew the cat was singing perfect English. He couldn't believe this.
He tried to get back to sleep. But the singing was too loud. He opened the window and said, "Excuse me, cat, could you stop singing please?"
So the cat stopped. But the moment he layed his head down on the pillow, he heard the singing again. He looked and saw the cat. So he once again asked the cat to stop. It did.
After that, Chester actually got some sleep. But a couple of hours later, he woke up to the sound of the cat singing again. Chester was getting very annoyed.
He closed his window and put on earmuffs so he couldn't hear anything. But then the cat came in the room and started singing through a microphone. Chester couldn't drown out the sound. No matter how hard he tried. So he decided to get up.
When he opened his eyes, the cat was sitting quietly on the floor. "Meow" it said. Chester got up and watched T.V. But from behind, the cat started singing again. Chester had enough. He took the cat back to the store.
That night, when Chester went to bed, he heard the singing again. He looked outside. There was nothing there. But he still heard the singing. Then he looked behind him and saw the cat singing.
Chester needed to get the cat to stop.
Then he got an idea. He started to sing. Now Chester is a horrible singer. So the cat and Chester were now singing.
When the cat heard Chester singing, he covered his ears and stopped singing. Then Chester stopped.
Now, the cat and Chester Myers live happily. Neither one of them sings anymore.
