Story by Katharine, for Katie

There once was a little flying pony called Pegasus. He was pink. His mother was yellow and she was called Amy. His father was blue. He was called McJoan. They lived in a mountain.

One day friends came to ask if they could play with Pegasus. The father and mother said yes. ne of the friends said, "Let's play by the near river." Pegasus said, "No. My mother and father said no. It's dangerous. You will drown in the deep mud."

Two friends listened but the others didn't. They almost drowned in the deep mud. Pegasus' mummy came flying by. She said, "It's almost lunchtime."

"Help," the friends said, "We will never play by the nearby river again." "That serves you right," said Pegasus and Sophie and Daniel. They helped the two get out of the deep mud. "Let's play by the nearby park," said Pegasus. They all agreed with Pegasus. They all lived happily ever after.
