お話： ケリー　絵：ケルシー

わたしはすてきなゆめをみていました。それは大きくてあざやかな虹でした。きれいな色で空をいっぱいにみたしているその虹に向かってわたしは走りました。わたしが反対側を向くと小屋が金でできていました。それはそれはゆめのような場所でした。虹のたもとにつくとわたしはジャッキー、ジル、ジャンという三人の女の子とであいました。

わたしたちは金の小屋に向かって走ってき、その中にはいり、みんなでパーティーをしてねむりました。つぎの朝、何といたるところにプレゼントがあるではありませんか。朝ごはんを作ってからそのプレゼントをぜんぶあけてみました。わたしたちはひとりづつ３ぴきの動物をもらったのです。わたしは犬、ウサギ、そして馬。ジャッキーは二匹のウサギと馬。ジルは二匹ネコと馬。ジャンはウサギ、犬、ネコでした。

わたしたちはみんなその動物たちを大切にして、ずっと世話をし続けました。するとその時です。わたしはドアをたたく大きな音を聞きつけました。「起きなさい、ケリー！」とママの声です。わたしは目をさまして階段をおりていきました。そうです、それはただの夢だったのです。

I was having a great dream when I saw a big bright rainbow that filled the sky with beautiful colors and then I ran towards the beautiful rainbow. I saw on the other side a cottage made out of gold, it was like a dream land, I went over the rainbow and I met 3 girls named, Jackie, Jill and Jan.
We ran to the gold cottage and went in and had a big fest, then we went to sleep. The next morning we found presents everywhere. We cooked our breakfast, then opened all the presents. Each of us got 3 live animals to take care of. I got a dog, a rabbit and a horse. Jackie got two rabbits, and a horse. Jill got two cats and a horse, also. Jan got a rabbit, a dog and a cat.
We all loved and took care of our animals for as long as they lived, then I heard a loud banging sound and my mom saying "Get up Kelley!" then I woke up and went down stairs and it was just a dream.
