The Mixup

On a certain day in July in the country of Japan, two animals by the name of Bobo and Nokko decided they were tired of being what they were.

"I'm tired of being a pig",said Bobo
"I want to be a kangaroo."

"And I'm tired of being a panda",said Nokko "I want to be a koala."
So they taped the parts they needed on.
"I am a kangaroo",exclaimed Bobo.
"And I am a koala",replied Nokko.

Soon a ton of animals were doing the same thing. The kitten rode in the kangaroo's pocket like the joey. The rabbit slept in trees like the koala. The dog climbed trees like the cat. The kangaroo, Refge, decided that this was too much.

"This has got to stop", she shouted.
At that instant the animals al froze in place.

"What have we done wrong?", they all chorused.
"You have all tried to be something that you are not", shouted the kangaroo.
The animals were afraid. Refge never got this mad!
"All of you better resume to your normal lives", Refge boomed,"or else!"
"Refge has gone mad!",the animals whispered among themselves,"We must call 9-1-1!"

They quickly called and Refge was soon taken away. Soon everone was confused. They didn't have any rules to follow. Nobody knew what to do. Then the rabbit thought up a rule. They tacked it onto their wall. It is still there today.

It says: BY ORDER OF THE ANIMALS OF TOKYO NONE MY IMPERSONATE ANOTHER ANIMAL OR PERSON. THAT'S AN ORDER! So everyone lived a nice life and a fun one, too.
