Story by John Jacob Hall, for Keisuke Oba
There once was a sun that wanted spots. It could not find anything that had spots it could get them from. Finally, in the summertime when he was close enough to the Earth he went to the store and bought some paints. He painted spots for
himself.
Then he went back out into space and then he saw the moon.
He said "Look, Moon. I have spots."
He showed his spots to all the planets. He thought they were pretty neat. Then he saw the moon with all his crater holes, and he painted them and then the Moon had spots, too.
