Once upon a time there was a lazy kitten that never left her crib. She stayed in her crib even when she was too big for it.
She always ate healthy food but she only came out of her crib when she sneaked to the refrigerator to get the chocolate cookies amd other unhealthy stuff. So even when she did eat healthy food she still was fat.
One day she got so fat she got stuck in her crib. So she never ate unhealthy stuff again and when she went to bed in her crib that she was stuck in from eating all that unhealthy food she always dreamed about ice cream.
