むかしむかし、あるところにムシのすきなおんなの子がいました。とってもムシがすきだったから、ムシになりたいなぁとおもっていたのです。

ある日、おんなの子はカウチでうとうとゆめをみはじめました。ゆめからさめると、おんなの子はムシのように小さくなっていました。そしてまどからおそとへとんでいってしまいました。

おんなの子は大きなはっぱのうえにとまりました。すると雨がふりだしました。大きな雨のつぶがおちてきて、はっぱの下であまやどりしました。雨がやむと、おんなの子はゆめからさめました。するとその子のそばにちいさなアリがたっていました。

「なんでそこでねてるの？」とアリがたずねました。
「それはね、わたし、きのう雨がふってたとき、ねむってしまったの。」とおんなの子がこたえました。
「なぜあなたはそこにいるの？」とこんどはおんなの子がききました。
「それはね、おでかけしようとおもってね。あのきれいなお花にきれいだねっていいに。」とアリはいいました。それからアリはさよならといってトコトコいってしまいました。

おんなの子は、ほかになにか見えないかしらとあたりをながめました。するとまた小さなお花のなかへすいこまれるようにねむりはじめました。つぎのあさ、目がさめると小さなムシをみつけました。でもそのムシはにげていってしまいました。

そこでおんなの子はゆめからさめました。

Once upon a time there was a girl who liked bugs. She liked bugs so much that she wished she was a bug.
One day she fell asleep on her couch and she started to dream. And when she woke up in her dream sshe was ssmall as a bug. And wondered off out the window.
She got down into t the big leaves and then it started to rain. Big drops fell on her so she got under a leaf. After the rain was done, she woke up (in her dreaam)) and there was a bit ant standing by her.

The ant said, "Why are you laying there?"
And she said, "Well yesterday when it was raining g I fell asleeep, she said.
"Why are you h here said the girl.
Weell the ant said "I was tring to go out and admire the ppretty flowers. and the ant strolled away and said goodbye.

And the girl wondered off to see what else she could see. She admired all the pretty flowers she saw. And then she went to sleep again in a litttle flower. And woke up the next morning, and saw a little bug. But the bug ran away.

Then she woke up from her dream.
