| Submitting a Traditional Costume |

- What you need to send:
- At least one color photograph, in .jpg or .gif format, of yourself (or another child) that shows a complete view of the traditional costume, preferably from head to toe.
- A description of the costume - Costume name, when it is worn, costume history, events related to the wearing of the costume, your feelings about the costume, etc.
- Information about yourself - Your name, age, country, city or area.
- If you would like to receive Email messages from others about the costume, please obtain the approval of your parent or guardian, and indicate to us that we have permission to show your Email address on the web.
- Sending your costume:
- Costume submissions should be sent through email.
- Type "My Costume" in the subject.
- Write the costume description in the body of the message.
- Attach the photograph(s) to the message.
- Send your submission to ctcO6@kids-space.org
- Please note that the following costumes will not be published:
- Costumes that are worn by adults. Please send children's traditional costumes only.
- Costumes taken from magazines or other printed media.
- Costumes that are not considered traditional nor national to your country.
- Costumes that are from countries where you do not now live or from where your family does not descend.
- What you will see on the web
- An illustration of the traditional costume (not the photograph itself).
- Your first name, age, country, and the costume description.
- Inclusion of your Email address is optional. Please see above.
