I wear the traditional costume from my region in Norway, and so does my brother, Endre. It's called a bunad and my grandmother has made them both. It's hand embroidered, mine has a crosstich seam, but many has patterns made of plastic pearls/beads. I wear it on the seventeenth of may, with is the national day in Norway, but also to weddings, christenings, and so on. I'm very proud of my costume.
